Try-it-Out Aerial Hoop

A preview of our regularly scheduled class. Learn the basics in our beginner course. Expect to spend at least four classes in Intro to get the hang of things before moving to Level I.

Prerequisites:

No experience required. We recommend more coverage for these classes: leggings and a t-shirt work well. Please remove jewelry on the hands and wrists as it can damage the equipment.

A preview of our regularly scheduled class. Stay grounded while building coordination and strength with our beginner-friendly dance class. Learn a choreographed routine and focus on the fundamentals of dance and floorwork.

Prerequisites:

This class is for all levels. Heels encouraged, but not required. Knee pads recommended. Dance heels are different then pole heels and should be no taller than 4 inches.

Class Schedule

Drop-in to any class or login to use your subscription passes. Our schedule features both classes and public events/workshops. To access private lessons and practice rooms, create an account on our Aire Portal.

Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to start in order to receive a refund on your class-pass.
Classes will be cancelled two hours prior to start if no students are registered.
